Current Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
great productivity standards for daily patient treatments
Cons
Very corporate atmosphere with decision making
-
Pros
flexible . able to go down to 32 hours and still be full timer. Good PTO and insurance per most people i speaek with. (family, coworkers, other PTs). I believe they give you freedom to do what you want as a PT though sometimes (sometimes often???) question your billing to the point that it might be (is?) unethical. if youre perdiem or part time they make you clock out in the middle of your shift.
Cons
questionable managers in different clinics, each clinic can do things differently so it can get confusing. ethics of higher ups seemingly questioning your billing, though it comes and goes, usually when revenue gets low - you start getting more questions. Lies and "untruths" or stretching/bending of the truth from "managers" and higher ups. some clinics do things that others dont, so inconsistent schedules, saturdays, open/closing times depending on clinic.
